Nope. Your Intelligence level determines crafting quality, including for vehicles. Battery quality now determines how much of a charge it holds in a battery bank.

So i can still make lvl 6 stuff with a lvl 1 battery? good to know.

yep! it doesnt matter anymore since once you build the bike its together. You cant switch out parts anymore.

ya, and because bikes aren't hard to make, and batteries don't degrade with use, you can place minibikes all around the area you want to light up and not worry about the battery ever running out.

Pro's and cons of the changes I suppose.

I haven't messed with Electricity ever, so not sure how that all works, but I know it either takes gas, and the batteries do degrade for that, if I'm not mistaken, since you can get solar panels still. But again, I've never used electricity. Always used minibikes for lighting. They were far stronger brightness than the useless spotlights.
