How to unlock herbal antibiotics?

I have level 3 science and level 3 physician and nothing
I even unlocked master chef to level 4
before someone says something like "try googling it" well I did, wiki info is outdated it says I need to find recipe book
I wish the game would tell you under what perks you find what crafting recipes

in alpha 17? I thought now you learn recipes from perks and only need recipes/blueprints for mods

I think it is a reward for quests. Not sure if it is acquired in other ways.

i always get it from the trader as a quest reward.

I can't remember if I found one for herbals, but there are a few different recipes you can get from the trader (making hops, certain foods, etc).

so I did some quests from the trader and I got recipe for making beer and sham
I guess I have to grind some more quests
