7DtD Zombie sounds in Dark Souls 3...?

Look, I am not accusing anyone of anything. But I was surprised when i noticed something:

Some of the Satyr enemies in Dark Souls 3 make the exact same sound as some of the Zombies in 7 Days to Die. Why is that? Is it one of those free sounds that anyone can use (like the sci-fi door opening sound that has been around from Wolfenstein until today's games)?

I mean the bears use to look exactly like the bears in Rust. Even had the same running animation.

I had a tough time playing Grim Dawn because it uses the same sound effects as 7D2D.
