ALTERNATIVE KEY BINDINGS PLEASE
After playing the game for while, my hand can feel like it's going to cramp up.
This is usually due to having to hold a mouse button or one key for extended lengths of time.
Y'know...like when you're chopping trees...digging for clay...etc...
There needs to be a way to assign more than one key / mouse press to the various commands.
Maybe the functions could be seperated?
For example; one key for attacking, and another key for using a tool.
Or a toggle key for continuous work (auto run would be nice too).
I think that having alternatve key bindings would be very helpfull, and appreciated by everyone.

Seems like you need a macro recorder.

if you have a logitech keyboard and mouse, especially a gaming one, you can use the logitech gaming software to program all that to the keys. expecially the mouse buttons.

You can set up your own keybindings through the main menu options>gameplay

All i ask for is making the left ALT button a ALTERNATIVE input for the STRG button
(Alt + Space dont work really)

My Little finger hurts badly after some hours.

And yes i allready use macros, but the excessive use of left shift (Running, Driving, Inventory) is simply far too much

Seftak and DevilDoughHutt - I have a Logitech game pad thingie that can do that.
I use it extensivley when running a flight sim.
I just don't like having to have the extra clutter on my desk for one or two macros.

vgifford - It only allows for one key binding per command. I'm asking for multiple options for each command.

And I still think that it would be a good thing for the developers to consider.
After all, the game hasn't been released yet and the developers are looking for input on it...
So I figured I'd chuck my two cents worth out there.
And OPTIONS are never a bad thing.

it would be nice to have the option for alternate keybinds. an auto run would be fantastic. as it is, if I have a long run/drive and I don't plan on attacking or looting anything, I will pick up my controller and use that instead. my wrist is a bit messed up and that relieves the stress on it a bit.
