Toolbar bug - items become unable to drop or move

Hey guys,

Im sure this one has been reported already but it is just so DAMN annoying i had to mention it... It happens to me all the time - toolbar items become stuck and unable to move. Sometimes it is fxable but other times i have to reload just to unequip something....

I run into this too. This bug is super annoying, but 'refreshing' the item usually fixes it for me. I've never had to restart since discovering it fixes itself when dropping and repicking the item up. (Selecting them and changing their state from the inventory UI helps too, using the mod option and canceling out, stuff like that. Edit for some clearification.)

So have I. It seems to go away when restarting the game.

I had two toolbar slots locked at the same time. Very annoying.

Have the same issue, although it's usually about 2 hours into gameplay.
I think it happens to your armor equipped too. Couple times it would hang on a piece of equipment when I'm trying to drag and drop it. When it hangs like that, anything I try like modify or keyboard shortcuts crashes the game.
I fix it by equipping another piece of armor in it's place to swap it out :[

chibi yes i figured this out as well. unfortunately this cannot be done with all objects. When it happens to me ( constantly) it makes the item undroppable, so it i cant mod it, or select something to reset it then i have no choice but to exit out and reload my game over and over again...
