Gathering resources, fighting zombies, making bases to defend from said zombies while using materials to make things like a workshop, forge .etc to make better items and sometimes visiting the trader to sell or buy better equipment with is "playing it wrong".
'Kay.
Pffft lol.
Terraria is far difficult than you want to make it sound. You're giving 7 Days to Die way too much credit than it's worth. I've played 700 hours on Terraria to tell you that it's not as much as a cake walk as you make it sound to this game. Sorry that it's a brighter, colorful, more in-depth and more complete than 7 Days will ever be with it's 5 going on 6 year and however long journey in hopes to even reach Beta.
so you decide to not try a 17./..
another example of de evolution.
He's right. If you're gonna live in the middle of a lake, and complain about swim speed? lmao. No need to read past that.
I've actually toyed a lot with the game settings to make it interesting. From my experiences, say, letting the air drop happen every 1 day, makes me want to go out and fetch them. The challenge being the distance that crate is from my base and the amount of trouble it'll take me to get to them. I've set it back to default when it got ridiculous the amount of stuff I got from them to the point where even the Trader didn't want flashlights anymore.
The game just got too easy for me when I can defeat zombies with one swing of my sledgehammer. They stopped being a threat to me and when they stopped being a threat to me, then things got boring. I felt the only time I'll ever have interest in this game again is if I fight probably a dozen zombie bears. I've only ever encountered one in the entirety of my playthrough with this game. There should be a spawner setting in the game to fight as many zombie bears as you want or other hard enemies.
He stated he was bored with the Alpha 16 and said the developers dont know what they are doing. and then proceeds to say he wont try A 17- a version that is different than a 16 in many ways.
The developers themselves have acknowledged that the water and how swimming was nerfed was indeed a problem. Don't think this is the only forum I'm with regarding this game, I'm also over on the official forums too where the developers are more attentive at.
Then after awhile 16 gets boring and 17 introduces what? 10 new features or so and some minor adjustments. How's that in anyway not making the game any less boring? In fact, from what I'm reading with the complains on A17, the developers managed to make it even MORE boring than possible. It's now an official grindfest to see who can kill the most zombies in hopes they see a level. More killing zombies, barely survival.
Then why are you bothering us here? Surely you knew your complaints are not justifiable, so this is just a rant thread.
