Do the skill "Flurry of blows" helps with the axe minning?
I mean, do i mine or hit faster with stone axe? or is just for melee weapons

Anything that can damage an entity or a block and is used with your hands is considered melee. So basically all the skills that apply to melee apply also to tools unless specifically stated in the description.
