You can't, Cars will come in A17 lol

You can, ok, but the problem is that you'll have to enter / open Creative Mode or the other meny (can't recall the name) to be able to spawn a car (as an entity)

But if you want to drive one in-game? You'll have to wait for A17 indeed.

Figured out how:

First, open console (F1 by default, I believe), type in CM (creative menu), Press the U key and in the searchbar type in "Sedan" (without the quotes). Drag & drop wanted item (Full, damaged, wreck Sedan) to toolbelt and select the car from your toolbelt - add cars to the world and done.

Enjoy making a parkinglot. lol
