Admin access for rented server

Ok so i have just rented a server for me and my friends to olay on
( gportal )

I have allowed slots for admins and turned EAC off to give us access to commands etc ...

Play game open consol type in said commands denying access to client pdmko.

Ok turn server off read into it further , have to go to config file section of the server and load saves/serveradminxml. Load that , follow the insteuctions that it says in their for someone to be admin ,
Type in out steamdid64 everything is looking all correct save and restart server .

Consol command again denying access to client pdmko ..... can anybody help on this issue as i have paid money for a server and cant set / add admins ?? I know how to add an admin but it just keeps denying access

Of course not, you have yet to provide enough info to be helped. If you had read the thread and understood, it you would have provided what you have yet to. Yours above is incorrect. Should be this;

Notice the difference? It’s not the server. It’s your failure to enter things correctly.

You need to go read up on how permissions work lol...... Set it too 0 so you have access to every code...

Yes i did make that mistake without realising it and made that change and in despite that change it still pops up denying command

You said you put that in the server config before if i understood you correctly. It does not go there if thats where you put it. It goes in the serveradmin.xml.

Yes i go to the server page gportal whos hosting the server , go to config settings , then go to sever/serveradmins.xml and do it from their while the server is off then save that edit and start server and type in what ever commands and just keep getting denying commands
