Is there a way to restart your death count?
Is there a way to restart your death count? To set it back to zero?

You can modify you save file:
AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\<map-name>\<save-name>\Player\<your-id-numbers>.ttp
For example with "HxD Hex Editor" find you killed zombies counter as integer number, for example you killed 4431 zombies, it will find "4F 11" hex value for you, and next following number will be your death counter:
