And in and apocalypse senario, get cornered, you die.
I personally love the snow biome; Even to start in. It's my favorite biome by far, and it's fully possible to survive there, even on day 1 on insane difficulty. Is it EASY? No. But neither is surviving in the wasteland; Or the desert. It's a survival game- Survive. If you can't, That's fine; Die without a bedroll down, you'll respawn somewhere else. Or go generate a new world.
Actually Ive found you spawn in the snow biome EVERY time you restart Navesgane.
TL;DR: Your save game name is your RNG seed. Reusing it = getting the same seed.
The odds should be 0, because the rad zone is at the edge of the map and you always know your current coordinates. So if you're playing on an 8K map for example, don't run towards 4000 north, south, east, or west...
Nope, navsgane still has the "radzone" You are correct concerning RWG maps though .
i've been spawned into the snow biome in the middle of a harsh cold snap before and still made out ok, was really really close but i still made it.
edit: adding to that, be sure you take shelter when you can as that will help a lot also.
Hope devs add sometime martreshka and balalaika also. That shoud be grate.
