Please make me able to add a headlight to my cowboy hat.

I think this can be edited in the .xml files - under Items.xml - CowboyHat - ModSlots. Haven't tried, but that might be the "fix" you require.

Yes it can, and it's even easier to do in a17. just set it to allow the headlight mod.

I've been modding this in since a10. Simply because the inability to strap a flashlight onto a hat with duct tape is a little dumb.

Yeah, I used to mod my games pre-A16 a LOT, but my gametime reduced a lot since A16 so I stopped messing around the files since I didn't play as much, but it's the one thing that makes this game so awesome - the ability to mod the .xml file to your heart's content.
