Loot not spawning?

Random gen world and I'm on day 11. Surely the loot I picked up on the first few days should be back by now since it's been 5 days. Is there a bug with random gen maps?

1st what is your loot respawn timer set to in options?

2nd if you come withing 15 blocks of loot container, it will reset the timer....so If you walk past it going somewhere or just out and about..it will reset the timer to whatever you have it set too....so day 5 on a 7 day loot respawn and you walk within 15 blocks of it...it resets back to 7 days.

Afraid I'm not....it might be 15 blocks not real sure on the distance but yes, if you get to close to the loot spawn then the timer does reset. Also if you leave anything in the crate it will not respawn....has to be empty.

I always use no loot respawn but I also play dead is dead mode too so hopefully someone can tell you the distance better than I can.

Well I've noticed that if I had left anything in the loot spot that it refreshes itself to untouched once I drag out the unwanted/old loot

You're F***ing kidding me right?

Nope he`s not kidding. method i use is to go exploring in a sectioned off map, and stay out of prelooted areas till they`ve reset. If you play MP you also have to hope that others have kept their distance too, otherwise you`re SOL.
