Multiplayer worth it?

Hello everyone, so I got this game a while back and have been enjoying the SP aspect of it, however I was wondering if pub servers are really worth the bother of joining. I have been told some servers are, and I quote 'cancer' yet other people have told me the multiplayer aspect is where the game gets most of its charm. Is it compatible to the MP of say Unturned, or Rust or DayZ etc.? and how does MP and SP differ?

multiplayer adds a whole other aspect to the game , it is no longer just u , the loot and the zeds, its not you competing for loot / vs other players ( or working as part of a team with other players) depending if you choose a pve , or pvp server, one of which will be your choice.
i strongly recommend trying out a few pve pvp multiplayer servers ive not come across these so called ' cancer ' servers as your friends describe , so i think perhaps there are only small amount of not properly set-up servers

botttom line weather u are looking to become part of a community that role play, a community that repeaatedly spawn kill, kos, arse rape u . or just a chilled pve , or maybe even just a duo playthrough multiplayer 7daystodie adds probably 80% more content and possibilties to the game, i would say multiplayer is the only way to play

pvp is what makes this game great, after a wile zombies are the hunted and u are the hunter, issue is in pvp u also become the raided, so it is always fun just make sure not to trust every 1 in pvp always be paranoid that is how i kept going in time make right alliances, and do not be a sainrt if u come accrose another base near urs wrck it so make sure the old owners move out and do not make a magical tower which attracts every 1, rather make a dungeon under ground hidden, never think it is 100% pvp proof i already shut down servers with my raiding style even if the break in took 10 hours it was worth it, i advise you to make a sod mountain, with grass and few tress around it, so people think it is part of landscape rather than a base, inside that basement make ur fantacy come reality, best think is to stick to random gen 2, most hardcore players memorized nav, and is very easy 2 c something out of the ordanary, good luck fellow sourvivor and getr ready 2 loose ur life in pvp

I recently started playing on MP servers and I have to agree with above, it really adds a whole new dimension to the game, zombies are only ever a threat at night really or if you're looting a building, but having other players in the game just adds a level of tension the solo game simply can't offer.
The commuity seems pretty good too though this is only from the two servers I'm playing on, it's great fun though, A15 completley changed the look of the game too, jump on in - it's awesome :)

PVP Aplha 15 stable is the server we play on most and it seems like a good bunch on there - I'll likely edit this reply once my base gets radied for the first time, they just gotta find it first ;)

(building underground is theee way to go)
