How long does concrete take to dry??

I *FINALLY* found enough mechanical parts to make a cement mixer... and it's noon on day 20.

Do I have enough time to upgrade my cobblestone?

If not, advice would be appreciated as (unless something changed) I'll be seeing cops and feral now

Cobblestone will upgrade to concrete instantly. It's the upgrade to reinforced concrete that takes time. You have until 10pm on the night of the 21st though, so it all depends on how fast you can churn it out.

Given how long it can take to make a large quantity of concrete (especially if you don't have the sand and cement handy) you are probably best off waiting and using the day to expand your defences. Whatever remains of your expanded defences will protect you while you upgrade.

Reinforced concrete usually seems to dry if you're around the area within 12 ingame hours with 60 min days.
