Is this the POI that you are speaking of?
EDIT: Oh, never looked at the image --- ok, nevermind.
I'm not really sure if this POI is in Navesgane although I would think it is. Since Alpha 16 I have not htoroughly explored the static map of Navesgane like I once did. Before they expanded it greatly I knew the map like the back of my hand.
LOL...ah the memories of collapsing a building because you wanted Leather
Yep. that building is a disaster waiting to happen. Loved exploring it, loved luring zombies in it... and removing ONE section of the leather couches. SPLAT!! Zed's R Dead.
The rest of navezgane from what I've seen has not changed (at least not from a15 to a16)
What locations the devs bothered to make note of are in the release notes:

If that old crack a book is on navezgane, I don't personally know where
See, that's the thing, though. Un-mentioned in those notes is the extra-large Working Stiff POI. It was removed in A14 and now its been re-implemented in a16. Its been added to the new town in the bottom-right corner of Navezgane. But nowhere in any patch notes is that mentioned, and I'm guessing its because its *technically* not a new POI, just an old one that just disappeared for a few alphas while it got a facelift. That's what makes me wonder about the 2-story Crack-a-Book. I've seen a few in random gen but lately I've been pretty hooked on Navezgane. (Since the only time you really have to start a new game while playing Navezgane is when a whole new alpha drops.)
The entire reason I'm so stuck on this particular POI is because I started playing in A13, and the first ever game I played, I wound up living there. I loved it. So much Nostalgia.... I was so happy to see it brought back this alpha but by now that I'm in the habit of preferring Navezgane over Random Gen..... Maybe I should get back into Random Gen.
Random Gen is considerably larger, just depends on what kind of experience you are looking for.
Another option: If you install coppi's mods you can also spawn in POI by name and put them wherever you want using prender, though you'll have to figure out the POI name from ...\Data\Prefabs\

Alright, I don't want to spam up the forums with new topics, so I'll just ask here. Is it just me or are sleeper zombies........... Really easy to kill if you tag 'em before they get up? I don't think I've encountered a single sleeper that has failed to die from a single arrow to the head. (So long as it hadn't woken up yet.)
Well there is sneak damage multiplied, so often that is the factor.
Chances are you find a Feral still sleeping and hit him you won't get him in one shot.
^This. You'll also get to the point where Irradiated Cops and Irradiated Ferals are very common sleepers...head-shotting them with a Bolt while in sneak makes them wake up very, very angry.
However, Irradiated Spider Zs can still be one-shotted while they sleep, if you're in sneak mode.
I mean...c'mon now.
You'd be ticked off too, right?
---
Well probably, depends on what I was dreaming of when I got woken up.
---
Maybe he was dreaming of fat Fat-Irradiated Lady cops in tight spandex eating strawberry ice cream cones and letting the ice cream drip down thier thriple chins onto thier milky fat thighs and beer belly.
