To me it looks like those timers disable power flow in whole circuit, not just trough them.
I am pretty sure circuit works well when timers are on.

When the timed relay switches to off, it takes the load off the generator, it puts it on the battery bank, but it only drains one off the battery and stops. I was testing lights and getting the same result, and when I tested the fence again it was working.
...my first test I probably was testing the fence in the overload segment I added to test if that was part of it... That or it might be a state change from turning the generator/battery bank off/on in a certain order.
Anyway...yeah, that's a solid bug if it's making the battery bank basically supply free power.
I used with one solar and 3 battery bank in rotation with time relay and this still bug
