Haha, I'm a returning player from years back when there were still Minecraft playing blocks so cut me some slack if I'm hiding from zombies.

I just read some topics that said extra strong zombies definitely will find you on the 7th nights, which I've not experienced yet as that feature wasn't even in when I last played.

I don't actually mind as it feels more realistic them not smashing my base but I do want some attackers on my base as well.

Maybe by the 49th night things will hot up or else I'll have to go find them myself.

You don't even need to hide from the horde. I made a tower where the bottom floor was a sort of cobblestone cage made of 50 pillars and surrounded by spikes. On a horde night they broke through because I couldnt see the cracks on he cobblestone pillars properly, and the zombies who got through somehow broke my ladder.

This happened within an hour of the horde beginning and I spent the entire rest of the night upstairs. I expected them to start breaking down the 50 pillars to bring my tower down but when it turned morning and I went to check they had only broken a few pillars.

I might as well have broken the ladder myself and spent the entire horde night sucking my thumb in the room directly above the cage no more than 5 blocks off the ground. Zombies don't have the sense to bring down your building even when it's a 7x7 tower made of cobblestone

That's why the Dev's will be implementing a "giant" zombie in the future that specifically destroys your base. They've been planning on it for a while. Maybe in the next update.

Well, the first few handful of horde nights is pretty easy and I didn't even have any cops in them. Normally, the cops are the ones I dread due to their corrosive vomit attacks... which tend to be the thing doing the most damage to my bases. It's said the higher your level.. along with number of dayz in game.. the harder the horde nights get. I'm sure you won't always be safe in said stadium but, idk.. maybe it's a poi that's built TOO well.. lol.
