Hornets were ace - easy to kill and a great source of honey. Would love to see them back for the wastelands.

yeah the honey source was useful although I prefer the birds for the feathers tbh. No reason we couldn't have both though I guess

I think more winged dangers would be good. It's too easy to climb on a platform and hide. I too miss the flying honey supply.

They were annoying but kind of terrifying. A giant zombie hornet, on a psychological level is a terrifying abomination. A zombie vulture doesnt seem that much different from a regular vulture. Just more decrepit.

Yeah, there was a time when a bug occured on our friends hosted server where the connected players could't hear the hornets buzzing sound only the host so you had no idea if there was a hornet nearby and they could even sneak upon you, that was the real fun time
But yeah at least they were guaranteed honey source

They were annoying, useless, didn't fit in the game and were just crap in every way imaginable. I for one am glad they're gone.

Yeah, they were buggy, looked terrible and out of place and were somehow way easier to avoid than the current vultures. Don't miss em at all.

Hornets used to have hive/nests in the forests of Navesgane, before RWG was introduced, then they just sort of became buzzbombs for the Hub cities.
(that was how you relaibly looted honey, back then)
