PC walking dead skins please
I really hate console or pc only offers - ffs guys make things available to everyone.
These walking dead skins have been out over a year from what I can tell- please make them available to everyone.
Why would Fun Pimps do such a sleazy deal? What does it gain? I'm sure not buying a blasted console for these skins and nor should I have to.
You would make more $ if they were available on all platforms.
Please reconsider this low tactic as its pretty scummy.
Apart from this gripe I really love the game and commend Fun Pimps for their fantastic work.

Telltale owns the rights to the Walking Dead, not the Pimps.

^ This

The pimps have no rights to use TWD characters. Telltale games is developing the console version and have full rights to do what they want with it.

Its not a "sleazy" deal. They just can't legally do it.

That maybe so but Fun Pimps had to have agreeed to this Telltale didn't do this on their own.
To cut a huge chunk of your paying customers out is pretty low and pointless imho.
It would make more sence to make more sales on the skins than to lock it into a exclusive no pc console only sort of deal.
Alienating a third (PC PS4 and XBOX1) of your potential sales seems like shooting yourself in the foot.
Why has no PC exclusive deal been done with anything at all - seems we get jack 5hit.
I stand by my original comments after a year of console exclusive would it really hurt to give us PC guys a chance to buy them as well.
If it can't be done which I doubt how about PC exclusive Dawn of the Dead skins? Now that would be awesome.

Think about it dude.

The whole reason Telltale approached the pimps was because they KNEW they had the only rights to TWD characters. There's no way in hell Telltale would give the pimps the rights. ....that was their whole bargaining chip.

The pimps got a huge chunk of change to put toward their development studio for programmers / future titles etc.

Telltale got source code for Alpha 14 and handed it to Iron Galaxy to develop the inferior console version.

It was a mutual agreement that helped both sides.

I cant see any reason having access to TWD characters makes such a difference nor would I personally use them even if I had them.

You are the first person I've seen that has an issue with this.

Totally understand our complaint but also in the difference between pc and console, in concole mode, PS4 I was stuck with the choices in characters or buy the add on. Here in the fantastic world I have recently found is the glory of making your own character. So instead of waiting to make your money work harder for you by buying downloaded add ons make a Rick or what ever person you want from not just only the comic book version of TWD but make your own TWD characters from A&E.

Also i would like to point out that pc version of the game is much more upto date with the current patchs and builds console is further behind than us pc master gameing race players. so they get TWD skins ( kind of lame IMHO) and we get a better more up todate game. Console dosnt have access to generators as far as i know

Agree to what? If the Pimps wanted to put "Walking Dead" skins (and as such, use that trademark), they would have to buy the rights to use them. Whereas Telltale already owned those rights, it was just a matter of putting them in the console version as they are the ones publishing it.

So two companies are devoloping the same game independently? That sounds like a recipe for disaster.
So no skins for PC..........sh1te.
Such a shame the game is limited to XML edits for the most part but I guess mod tools are a pipe dream as I really feel Fun Pimps don't give a damn about PC gamers with their console only deals and no official mod tools that I'm aware of. (This is my personal opinion and I don't expect others to agree.)
Yes I know it's early access and expecting tools at this stage is unrealistic but if this is an indication of things to come I have my doubts we will ever see them. ( Other early access games have released mod tools - Conan Exiles as an example)
I'm just used to getting a game then modding the crap out of it and would so love to do this to 7DTD. =)

Would be very cool also to buy the skins for player and NPS's - but please than block player used ones for NPC's in game.
Also additional 5 or 10$ would be worth for me and also for other I think.
