Best Ways to Advance Gamestage?
Approaching level 200. Haven't died in forever. Somewhere past day 175. Should I just continue killing and not dying or are there better ways to up my gamestage?

You can up the difficulty in the game settings.

Another way would be to change the way gamestage is calculated in gamestage.xml. Just change whichever value you like (probably the days alive difficulty bonus would be a start.)

Shotgun slugs and grain alcohol. One slug to a cop's head and he kamikaze's me, one more as he charges to put him down. Grain alcohol will keep you buzzed for about 20 minutes. I haven't done a single blood moon from inside my base so my closing/armor ability is maxed out. My day 175 blood moon was just under 200 kills but it took over 300 slugs and ten med packs. 300 slugs means 900 casings which took 1800 brass to make so my brass consumption is off the charts

Its a multiplayer game and I don't have admin privileges is this something I can still do or will the server administrator have to do it?

you can also get the character creation bug and never get back to ur game again :)

Yeah admin would have to do it and it would affect all players on the server too, so they may be a mite reticent to oblige.

Slugs....yeah I still haven't found that recipe book yet in my game (Day 112, 10am, character level 110 ish)

Forgot about Slugs.

Used to love them Slugs.

Gonna buy some from Traders.....

Well, what our esteemed fellow gamer doesn't seem to have found out is that the Console version (a14) rights were sold to a different developer at that stage, and so TFP don't really have anything to do with the PeeEss4 and XBone versions.

As for the character creation thing.....

So I'm currently over 1000 on my game stage and it's starting to annoy me a bit. I can't enter a house without having 3 irradiated cops spawn and attack me. Every zombie I come across in any building at minimum a feral. If I was to allow myself to get killed a few times would that reduce my game stage and lessen the irradiated mobs?

I agree, at gamestage 900+ it's way too much hassel to loot houses. I generally restart my game at this point and start all over again. A guide to how to reduce gamestage would be great!
