When it gets to 0% the bike stops working, until you remove and repair the battery with a repair kit. Doing so while the battery is on the bike repairs the bike and will not recharge the battery.
This is my experience also...
When did that change? Always drained over time previously...
I always leave my light on. Failing to do so is how you loose a bike! Well at least pre A16 and the automatic map marker.
Guess that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lawnmower engine has an alternator on it (that we just cannot see) lol
Bikes have recharged the battery since at least a15, assuming the lights are turned off
I've always shut the light off at 50% and let it charge back up
When i reaches 100 its fully charged and continues to work, nothing exciting happens.
You can leave it on to light an area while not riding it and it will slowly discharge to zero, at that point the mini wont run and you'll need to recharge/repair the battery.
At advanced stages ( mytheos hasnt gotten us there yet lol ) a battery bank can be recharged by a solar panel, in theory anyway : )
I always do that. I'm super paranoid about my minibike disappearing -.- they said they fixed that problem (in several changelogs now) but i can't trust that completely. And judging by some players still reporting that their minibikes have suddenly disappeared ...
I have dedicated an extra cabinet in my base just for the minibike parts , some fuel and repair kits. And unless i need it right now , it's always in there.
Used to drain over time and had to be recharged via repair kits. Which charge method aside was more logical being those minibikes do not have alternators on them.
i have a cabinet just for minibike parts too. A good way of doing it.
Now with solar panels and battery banks we can just plug them in like them ninja hybrid cars everyone seems to be driving these days.............. " back in the good ol days.... "
