Unable to play game due to bad screen flickering
This is a new computer and when i start a new game immediately the screen flickers constantly in and out. I can still move and play however the screen is just flashing in and out and unbearable to play.

I found the issue, Can not run rivatuner statistics server with 7 days to die, seems to be some sort of filter blocking it, probably the anti-cheat

Yeah, this an alpha so definitely not recommended to run things of any kind in the background, be it for EAC or just for performance reasons.
