Forge Tools
Can someone tell me the name of the forge tool that is sits between the anvil and the die set?

I've looked through the crafting inventories and do not see it listed anywhere. Thanks!

Calipers.

Heard they have been removed from game...not needed. Might want to double-check.

It isn't calipers anymore in the betas.

Crucible is craftable from the workbench to make steel. Ironically, you need steel at a workbench to make the wrench to make the workbench.

And you need the wrench to gather mechanical parts to make the wrench :P

This is why I hit up the trader as quickly as possible, he has a free workbench I can use to make whatever I need. Comes with a forge, cement mixer and chem station too.

And therein lies the irony. I have a great seed finally, but that darned wrench eludes me. Once again. It's like Groundhog's Day.
