Losing Stamina and Health after death Question
I'm new to this game and I died twice and now my health and stamina are 80/80. Do those come back if I get my wellness back up? Thanks.

Yeh, wellness rewards you for not dying and punishes you for it. People used to use the bedrolls as a sort of fast travel. They turned off dropping things on death then went looting. Once full, they just kill themselves and teleported back to base. Wellness (though not entirely its purpose) was their method of stopping that.
