Game window is stuck in the middle of my two monitors.
I went into the options and chose my resolution and set it to full screen but the game window is in the middle of my two monitors and as far as I can tell there is no way to move or reposition it.

Try press F4 in game and then see if you can tab off after and manually move it. I don't have dual monitors, but that should work in theory...

I relaunched and it sorted itself out, but now mouselook isn't working.

And as I say that it starts working....
