how to give your friends crative mod?

hi,
i started a survival multiplayer by accdient my friend told me he wanted to play with me.
i told him ok sure join, after that he joined really far away cause its random gen i tried giving him a bike but it wont work cause hes to far away everytime i open console and kill him he respawn far away is there a way to teleport him next to me or giving him creative mod

If it's SurvivalMP, you could simply quit your game, go back in the Modded Options and allow cheats. He'll be able to use the "dm" commands to get "God Mode / Fly" and "cm" to access the Creative / Block / Item menu.

If it's a Dedicated Server you host - simply add his steamID to the serveradmin.xml file and voila!
