Different song and artist :)
It is similar, and there is no association or silence having to do with 28 days later. Unrelated other than sounds similar.
and... not a remix either. Just similar
...or the sort answer.
There's a game called contagion, I bought the soundtrack because I liked it enough, it's sort of like a slower paced version of L4D2 (a valve game) and it's sountrack is much closer to in the house in a heartbeat.
There's a lot of music out there that are different but use similar chord progessions and such but at different key's or will use a pentatonic scale in such a way that even though note progression is quit edifferent it will register as similar to the ear.
If it was that close or a remix, there would be copywrite issues :)
Except it is not a remix. The reason they have a new one was over legal jargon to do with the old one. I think it had to do with the owner of the track wanting too much $$$. In any event it is not at all what-so-ever related to 28 days later. They both use a piano is where that buck stops.
Contagion is fun, not the prettiest game ever but fun. Where as l4d feels too gamey like it was made for the arcade. My weapons feel useless as in they have no stopping power. All the special mobs just add cheese beyond that, can't stand it. Contagion though I must thumbs up. I had Resident Evil nostalgia playing that game.
I have to agree :)
So many love L4D... Well it's just nice to run into someone with better taste for a change lol
