What GPU do you have?

this is probably a problem that many people have encountered without fixing. the things i tried:

reinstalling
verifying game integrity
going into previous versions then back
backing up game files
system restore
delete registry files.

only thing that seems to work is deleting the registry files, but every now and then it goes back into the frozen loading screen.

NOTE: deleting your registry files on 7 days to die does not erase data or character data im sure.

I'm going to take a guess and say that's a low-end part of the Intel integrated graphics range. If so, your GPU is your problem. It does not meet the minimum requirements to run the game.
