A16 - client side UI mod - suggestions?

Looking for a nice looking UI mod that doesn't require the server I am playing on to have installed. Just need something that is clean and gives all the basic info that you would normally have to go into character screen to get, such as temp, hunger, thirst, elevation, etc.

If anyone has a nice UI and wants to showcase it here that meets these requirements, feel free to do so.

Any mods you try to use would probably get broken with the release of each experimental build, at least wait for A16 to become stable, your meant to be looking for bugs, makes it impossible to pin point if your modding an experimental build.

I have posted several bugs and keep track of what is going on, currently from what I am seeing, no UI mod can be used on a MP server, as it would require that server to install the UI addon as well, which then makes that server no longer show up as just vanilla.
