Does the sink hold water?
I'm currently saving water by forming a 'hole' with four wood blocks and using a bucket to put water into it.
It holds water but only one bucket's worth. I 'bought' a sink from the trader and was wondering if the sink can be used to 'store' water.
Does that make sense? ;)

Not sure if they removed this, But you were able to collect water from toilets. if that still works, go for that i guess?

You may be able to form or make your own " sink " with in-game materials and then fill that sink.

place a bucket of water in a small room then use all your jars on that spot, usually if the room is even and you filled your jars, a tiny bit of water gets stuck in a corner, which can then be picked up by using you bucket, this process can be done infinite times (i did this since i barely move from my mine, and cba to go up for water (which is like 10 minutes walking) so i use this method)

Jars can no longer be filled via Toilet.

It's not as critical as it was. I no longer have to hike to water as I've reached the minibike building stage. It's not fast but definitely faster than walking.
