split screen for pc ?

Would be nice, but I believe the chances are very slim. It's just not in demand enough for the Pimps to consider it.

Most game publishers would be against this IMO, since it *could* potentially cut heavily on their sales. Every player who has a buddy or GF/wife to play with would probably play local spli-screen instead of buying a new copy of the game and setting up a LAN game. :-|

People who do split screen on console typically have a much larger screen to look at in addition to having not crowd around the screen itself (TV in the living room with a couch.) Most people who play on PC do so at a desk and have a much smaller screen to look at and then splitting it up makes it even smaller. Its just not practical for a vast majority of the games and players.

No but the advantage is that we can use multiple moniters (and even the argument about playing on a small screen is quickly becoming outdated thanks to smart TV's and bluetooth)

Right now I'm on a small screen (but I have 3 moniters I could be using with this set-up) but on my laptop (with bluettoth) I can sit in the living room and play/read on the 42 inch TV with a simple switch- I would grab bluettoth for the desktop if more games implimented things like this.

see i have a laptop that i hook up to my 55 inch so i can play split screen on it. hell its fun playing on there.i want this bc I know this would be an awesome PC split screen experience. i love the game on single player but I can't get online all the time to play multiplayer that's why I would like this. I'd like to do the split screen with my wife. i have a xbox one but i cant see why i buy the game again for only partial content i like to thank all of you who have posted on this thread

Well I know the Left 4 Dead community found a way with a little code magic and an external download. Maybe this can be achieved with this game as well? I really don't know though as the ins and outs of this is beyond me.

It would be a waste of dev time, it would be used more by cheaters than anything else and it would probably melt the system trying to rendor double the physics.

Search for nucleus coop on reddit. They just made a script for 7 days to die, so it's now possible to play split-screen. I'm gonna try it this evening!
