Random crash with error message in Japanese
I've had this one happen a few times one. Upon loading in to a new zone and also while just walking around while in (side)quests.

I know that the 00005 has something to do with drivers (Yes, I have updated to the most recent ones) because that 00005 error was something I got a lot in the CoD games of recent years. But the error messages are all in Japanese so I have no idea what it is all saying.

Also no idea what the "dump ........." error is supposed to be saying.

No, 0xc0000005 is just a generic exception that means the game tried to access memory that is not allocated. In this case it was trying to read from invalid memory.

Do not accept the dump if you receive this message again, because the dump is a full memory dump of your game intended for developers to debug. It will be absolutely massive and waste a ton of disk space.

If you did accept the dump, go ahead and delete it from the DebugDump subdirectory where you installed the game. It is useless to you as a non-developer, you can't do anything with it and why the doofuses at Square Enix shipped the game to customers with this code enabled I have no idea :)

The simpler explanation here is the game crashed, and this is what Square Enix deemed appropriate as a crash handler.

If you run the game using Special K, while it will not prevent whatever crashed, it will at least remove the cryptic and difficult to use crash message that potentially wastes a ton of disk space :)

Ah, alright. Much appreciated! And I did clean up the Dump files (2 files almost 7GB sheesh) I really thought that 0005 crash was a driver thing, since driver issues were commonplace the last 3 CoDs. And it always gave that same error, at least for my system.

I'll just hope SqEx will get a patch out soon to fix the issue, cause I currently can't play for 2 minutes without crashing. Even after scan&repair and checking for anything that seems really off.

Sometimes I can play for 1-2 hours just fine, other times it crashed after taking 5 steps...
They really keep their rep for terrible PC ports lol.

Have you been unable to solve this problem yet?

Same here, instead of (read) i got (write) too. Can't play more than 20-30 mins. And thanks to Kaldaien i just deleted dump files with 40+ gb jeez...
I didn't solve problem, tried so many options, updated bios, graphics drivers, VCRedist, checked the files, installed FIX mod (some dude in reddit said that may help, nope). So yeah, my weekend just ruined(( probably just need to wait patch from Square Enix
