To bad!!
From the point where you have just installed Shift:
1. Install the Shift 1.02 patch for your region
2. Extract the "Shift unpacker" (google it) to your Shift folder and run shiftunpackpc.bat. Wait 30-60 minutes for this to complete. Why? Because you need to "unpack" your game to be able to add content to it.
3. Install JSGME to your Shift folder, run JSGME.exe from your Shift folder. (It is a "mod enabler") Allow it to create a "MODS" folder inside your Shift folder.
4. Download the QuadCoremax base Shift DLC package 1.55 Full (see links below).
5. Extract all the contents of the zip file to EA GAMES\shift\mods\
6. Go back to JSGME, select DLC_Pack_By_QCM_Full_1.55, click the right arrow to install it as an active mod.
7. Locate your Shift shortcut (create one from the main game .exe if you dont have one) and update your Shift shortcut to run with the -loose command line parameter by right-clicking it, going to properties and then in the "shortcut" tab, like so in the target field:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed SHIFT\SHIFT.exe" -loose
that's it , now you will. have all the new cars (17, ten of which are ferraris)
the thanks for this tutorial must be for the guy of NO GRIP forum

I don't believe so. But to be honest it's not worth it, there are no new events, just the cars
