Good luck
The registration process no longer works because the game uses a very old system of how you register your user. I believe it was around 2008 when they updated the registration process for their newer titles until origin came out
This issue also happens in NFS Carbon. It will keep telling you that you have an "invalid password" And as far as I know, medal of honor & carbon are the only ones that uses this "legacy registration process" that are still online
So if you don't have a user from back then from any of their old games, both online and shut down now games, you're out of luck sadly. I don't see EA fixing this ever. Multiple people reported the bug when it was first discovered with Carbon, and it was never fixed. It's been a year since registrations broke for both games
Well paxy, that's mostly true..
However, for those of us that have a login, it still works - which means.. the server is still out there. It's all a matter of.. ahem.. obtaining access to it.. but I do believe that would be a way to create new user accounts. EA and their useless tech support is apparently incapable of locating said server and help us out..
