does it run on Windows 10?

i bought the steam version and its running, the origin version needed some old antic DRM which wasnt alowing it to run

no idea mate, i saw a video on youtube teaching how to install cnc3 mods on windows 10

It can run smoothly in my laptop(win10),but I cannot run any mod...there always be a false
