I just think 1 and 2000 are better games

I click the icons and disable the mission, but they keep popping up again and again, literally driving me crazy. I'm sitting there angry and have no desire to build the city. Hi, I've just bouth Sim City 4 but cannot play as it doesn't work. When I launch it, I can just see the initial video, but after that it always crasches without showing the game interface. I'm using Steam on a Laptop with Windows 11 without any mod. I tried typing ""-CustomResolution:enabled -r1920x1080x32", and also lower resolutions, in the properties of SC4, but doesn't work anyway.
