No, you are talking about 2nd boss, i mean the final boss...

During one of the last boss fights there are scenes where the player cannot move, this is the same as the XBOX release and is a deliberate part of the fight. If this is what you are describing
, it is NOT a bug. I don't want to give away the solution, but consider the attacks you are able to do, and the weapon the boss is using, you can use this to your advantage...

Thank God! Win 98 compatibility mode fixed the aiming issue for me as well. Although make sure you turn it off after you beat the boss as it increases loading times quite a bit....
