Same problem here ... and this is exactly why I cant finish last boss fight ......

Thanks for the recommendations, I was stuck at the final boss, I fixed almost all problems with DPfix + not fullscreen (windowed mode), with just little crushes now and then, but I couldn´t aim
at the final part with the boss fight, but putting it on Windows 98 compatibility worked, it had longer loading times but if you use it just for the final part of the game it worths it.

I was looking for a thread mentioning this problem which almost gave me a stroke at the final boss because of not being able to aim downwards. I almost gave up and throw away my controller when I
rage tabbed out of the game then tabbed back in but guess what: it fixed the camera. Always thought the game meant to be this way giving it some difficulty against the vent wraiths, and the bosses...

So im at the last boss, and without spoilers, there's a stage that you really need the auto-aim for the end of the boss and the aim restrictions make it impossible to do otherwise. Does anyone know...

I had the same problem since the middle of the game, on the last boss I already thought I need to restart the whole game or older saves in order to able to kill the boss, but luckily I got the last...

So how do you beat the final boss if you can't aim up?

the ending was really weird, and i didn't expected that. regarding the boss fight i really enjoyed the big G fight, compared to facing the last boss.
it was also a bit clumsy to see you were somehow...

There is one more part, where you run away from him and you have to press four random buttons while running (A-D). And there is this boss stage......

In order to aim outside of the tiny box, use auto-aim (RT on controllers) and then let go of the auto-aim button while still holding the aiming button. I was at the final form of the final boss...

Yeah, space was draw and just using the left mouse button to shoot rather than left Ctrl (Right mouse button) I was able to beat the final boss....

As the burst fire scatters, the SMG seems to hit targets below the aiming reticule. Figured I'd be abusing that in the final boss fight, though it will take forever and a day...

I finished. The only real problem was A+D issue in final boss battle, and i played in window. (i have 1366x786 laptop). Didn't try Durante's fixes coz was afraid of possible new problems. I'm...

Change the compativility to winxp fixed that problem from me. to bad you need to back to put it on 98 comp. mode before the final boss cause you cant aim up, pretty annoying bug....
