It's got aim assist as far as I can tell. Even if you're using M&KB.

With the constant stuttering while walking around, it's more tolerable with a gamepad than a mouse.

I haven’t noticed any stuttering at all. Are you having issues on a 40 series card?

Yeah, 4090.

I had to give up the dream of not using DLSS frame generation, and cap the framerate lower to get rid of the stutter. Image is worse for it, but a low capped native framerate doubled using frame gen solves the problem.

It controls great with both options. I started by playing 2 hours of each and while both are very good I have been playing with controller the other 33 hours I have played.

Yeah I did the same, capped it to 120 fps, as it ain't using cinematic settings, it's not that demanding compared to some other games.
Though I'm using 4070.

If anyone is using a engine.ini mod, make sure not to use createshadersonload command, that makes this game stutter like hell.
