Stuck on Gorrister?

I know I'm supposed to get a magnifying glass from the urinal, but it's not there. I've used every interaction I have with it, and nothing has worked. Is there something specific I have to do to make it appear, or do I just need to reinstall the game or smth?

I have the same problem. I killed Harry before even trying to talk to him. Am I screwed? Lol.
