Completing IHNMIMS without coming to a point where you cannot progress

It was pointed out to me that it is easy to come to a point in the game where you cannot progress, so I have devised to hopefully make a helpful guide which will warn you of progression bugs, without spoiling the whole game.

As Gorrister just because you can kill your Father-In-Law doesn't mean you should. I think you can still progress but you have to figure everything out on your own which will make everything a lot more difficult.If you need a heart get one from a cow carcass. If you can't talk to him get some wiskey off the shelf and give it to him.

As Nimdok you will grab some eyes at one point. If you don't successfully hide them you'll be stuck.Put the eyes in a box you find on a desk before talking to a member of the lost tribe.

Also remember to question a member of the lost tribe about the watch. The man who used to be a fellow doctor will tell you something important about the latin engraved on it.

It is also possible to get stuck if you do not talk to the Golem in the right order.Make sure you have found the mirror. Select Time is Truth, Golem wake up, then the one about 1945. Finally kiss the Golem.

Finally use Nimdok first in the last level. He can enter the number 1945 into the console which will extend the bridge.He can enter the number 1945 into the console which will extend the bridge.

With all that in mind you shouldn't get stuck.

Thanks for this. There is the bit when Nimdok looks at the blackboard and can't figure it out and I remember one of his dialogue choices earlier was to ask the prisoner if he spoke Latin. Whether or not that was important to ask that question first before I could complete that section brought me here to see if you could really get stuck. Interesting game for sure.

Oh yes, I totally forgot about that. If you don't question a member of the lost tribe about the watch you won't be able to say an important line to the Golem.

you can't get stuck as Nimdok, but if you screw up any of the above you can't get the "white" ending - instead, you have to push through the wall of faces on the right hand side of the screen to exit AM's simulation.

I just wanted to add make sure you LOOK AT mirror with Nimdock, not USE. I got tripped up with this
