Where are they loading/working from? They even work when I'm offline so they have to be local somewhere.

I downloaded the updated one you linked. Still have the same issue where only the 16 plugins I have the dll's for locally are showing in the lists
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2978601176
but, strangely, somehow, all of the others I've enabled, that aren't in the list(s), are somehow still working in my games.
Windows defender attempts blocking the launcher from running. I 'run anyway' and my anti-virus (Free AVG) has exceptions for the entire Space Engineers folder. I checked to be sure the launcher file had an exception and it does.
I'll look into how to stop Defender from interrupting / blocking it.
Application and Browser management, or something, dunno what's it in EN directly.
Reputation based protection settings.
And that should show you 4 toggles that all control SmartScreen, they all need to be off for WDSS to allow the Launcher.
seeing that you are quite active on this topic, could you help how to setup the Loader for a dedicated server? namely ServerBlend, they have this pretty awesomee interface to directly download mods from workshop, but since plugins are kill, I have no idea how do I get all the plugins I want/need for a dedibox environment.
I never used but I saw server admins, community helper on Keen Discord, saying :
>> Plugins aren't common on servers due to the security risks <<
-> Players will be able to load all sorts of "Hacks" enabling Plugin on your server, so keep that in mind.
+
Both the server plugin (on server side) and the client plugin (on the player's machine) must be installed! Using only the client plugin will not work properly.
-> some are already able to hack game servers, not just SE, you will open the door at large if you enable Plugin on your server.
Is there a way to get a simple list instead of the giant, difficult to search through visually, tile things? I found plugins that were cool that I like using when it was just a list. No way I'm finding random, new, cool or fun plugins with the tile layout.
