- Enclose problem room with full cube armor blocks so you get it airtight.
- Remove those cubes one by one until you lose pressure. There's you leak.

This shows a very simple fix that doesn't alter the interior design by using the 2x1 corner blocks on the outside to create an air tight area (again in bright pink)

This applies to the large-grid blocks: the conveyor tubes/pipes are not; the armored conveyors are partially airtight, depending on the side; the conveyor junction (original cube version) is airtight; so is the small cargo container and conveyor sorter and collector. I think everything else leaks.
