Someone have an easy script for showing what your cargo container contain please?

i'm searching on the workshop and find nothing about scripting cargo container that show it content on an LCD screen! All scrips i found are old and broken!

MMaster's LCD 2 Script in the English Version work's fine, the German Version from this Script, is not up to date.
To write Custom Command's for Inventory, use the Mainguide here on Steam in the Guide Section.

i dont want to learn C# i already tried it and i'm not interested.. to complicated and not that funny.. i'm searching an already done script that working! in the past, i loaded a scrip from the community that i was able to see what i had in a container and how much amount it contained.
