I use a Windows 10 laptop with two grafic cards. The games is using the correct card (Geforce GTX 850M). I play the game on a secondary screen (connected by HDMI), while the laptop is closed. All other apps work fine with that second screen, but it seems, that Foul Play uses the internal screen (primary?) only. If I move the mouse over the Foul Play task bar entry, I see a miniature image of the ingame grafics. If I click on the Foul Play task bar entry, the screen turns black for 2-3 seconds and I hear the ingame music. Then it turns back to the desktop again.
When I press buttons in that black phase, I can interact with the game...
For me it seems clear, that the game uses the wrong monitor.
**Update** I tried to set up the external monitor as primary screen. No effect. Also setting the external monitor NOT as primal screen results in the same reaction - the ingame grafic is not shown on the correct screen.
In the Nvidia control center, I configured, that foulplay.exe has to use the Nvidia GTX grafic card. After restarting the game, the game is visible as wanted. ;-)
