Only just noticed this reply. The emulator doesn't seem to be compatible with Win 10 :(

I don't use any program of the sort. I can try disabling Steam Overlay but I feel like I've tried that once before.
You could try re-installing the Microsoft VC++ libraries. They come with the game and are easy to find in the games sub-directory. Just an idea. I tried many things before I found out the reason for my problem was Plays.tv.
I gotcha. I reached out to one of the devs on Twitter a while back. Said to DM him my issue but never heard back. I'm pretty sure I've reinstalled those libraries too but there's never any harm in trying again. Thanks for the suggestion!
