Has anyone been able to get RSR Live Timing to work with Assetto Corsa?

I had this working back when I was playing it in late July-August. But I haven't played much until the release of RC1 last week. And now RSR Live Timing doesn't work anymore. And it's a great app. The problem seems to be that I can't, "Sign in through STEAM" in app. When I click on the icon, nothing happens. I can login through STEAM just fine on their website ... http://www.radiators-champ.com/RSRLiveTiming/index.php but it won't see my hot laps.

So I'm curious if this problem is affecting all Steam users, or have some of you managed to get it to work?

Oh, thought I was the only one affected. For the last couple of weeks the RSR livetiming app only states that "there's a problem with your account", and "please contact the administrators". Which I did, through the forum and via private message. But still no answer and the problem persists.

It's a shame, without laptimes being registered and compared to other drivers half of the fun is gone...

Have you guys updated the app? The latest version is .21 if I recall correctly. It was upated not too long ago.

That did the trick for me. I had the older version apparently and since I upgraded, all is fine.

Well I have the latest version installed, but still got the problem/s.

I got mine to work after hours of trying everything else.

Do not unzip into the "python" directory. Unzip into the assettocorsa directory (2 directory levels up).
In other words:
steam/steamapps/common/assettocorsa

sigh... I cant get it to work with the sign in, nothing happens when I click it, I waited until I thought it would fix itself, but its been years now and would like to get it fixed if its still possible?

Thanks arnzzz!!! I would have never figured this out, and there's no help in the RSR Forum.

There might be another path to reach it, but for anyone else interested, this is how I got there.
On the page where you get the unclickable "Sign in through STEAM" icon.
Click on RSR -- > Website.
Then click on "you can reach our portal here."
Then click on AC Live Timing --> Live Time Standing.
Then I was able to click on "Sign in through STEAM" and login.
At this point, the AC Launcher app shows a full screen of the RSR website and I found no way to minimize or get back into the game other than CTRL-ALT-DEL and kill AssettoCorsa.exe.
The good news is when I reloaded Assetto Corsa, I was logged into the RSR app!

I can make it into the next website, but I can't find the "you can reach our portal here" anywhere and been trying everything I know of, what might be an issue is that it seems that some of the right section of the website is missing abit, so I think it's because I can't see the button.

I am bit at a loss here :/ beginning to give up again on this.

@Rawex... that's old info, that doesn't work anymore.. but you don't have to log in there for RSR to work... just have a browser logged in underneath that's what I do these days.. You can't sign in thru steam ingame anymore.. I suppose for security reasons they purposely blocked it.

But there is a difference between the WebGUI and the plugin.. The plugin still works if you're not logged in to the webGUI
