Logitech G29 Racing Wheel Clutch and Gas pedals not working

It's been a while since I used the device, but when opening Assetto Corsa to use it, it started behaving in a weird way.

Checking the Logitech G hub app, it seems as if both the clutch and gas pedals work in unison, and when one is fully pressed down, the display shows both activating at the same time, only up to 50%.

Moreover, when consulting microsoft's "Set up USB Game controllers", the device is detected as only having a brake and accelerator pedal, the gauge of latter only activating up to 50%.

When both pedals are stepped at the same time, G hub shows the accelerator and clutch being fully pressed, as if the inputs were linked.

I've searched different forums and discussions for similar issues occurring to others, and have already tried different solutions to no avail.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled G hub, deleted temp files and even modified the wheel's OEM data in the registry editor like this, something which seemed to have worked for many others before, but nothing really changed.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

Damn, sorry to hear you're going through such headaches. Also on a G29 that has acted strangely before. For example, I am using an older version of Ghub, and have auto-update turned off because if I use the latest version, for whatever reason my G29 won't work. I remember watching a whole Youtube video on how to remove the G29 completely, registry and all, and then reinstall from scratch with this specific Ghub version, and then it worked.

I hope you find a solution. In the mean time, have you tried using content manager launcher and assigning each control and pedal in that and seeing how it behaves in game after that?

yeah, i had a setup for the G29 created which i used when it still worked. If by any chance you could find the link for that video it would be great :)
