Can I play this game in my Country?

I plan to buy Corsa on G2A becouse on steam it is too expensive. But.. When I I get on Assetto G2A page I can see something like that
"Warning! This product is region locked and CAN be activated and played only in the following countries: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Bahamas, Equador, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Bolivia, Guyana, Suriname, Brazil and Mexico."
I don't live in any of this countries so that's mean that i shouldn't be able to play this game But.. Few days before I was watching Twitch stream of Assetto and I had seen guy from my counry on scoreboard.. The Streamer is probably from UK so He shouldn't be able to play this game too.. I don't know.. Can I play this game in my country only if i buy it from Steam or what? Someone can help me, please?

You wish to buy it from a `dodgy` key website? Go ahead but let it be known Assetto Corsa is NOT officially for sale anywhere outside Steam for PC.

yes you are completely correct in your theory, an italian racing simulation development team have made a game that can only be played in south america, so if you arent from there, you are sh!t out of luck mate.

what do you mean messing? speak for yourself dude and not for me. who do you think you are?

if the purchase is region locked then search for a global key. As for 2nd poster he is right steam keys are.. bit i think OP foubd a non-steam deal... he can then manually add this to his steam library.

so i remain with my simple 1 minute solution search for global key and job done...

I think some of you got it wrong.

I couldn't find info on AC's Steam page that says it's region-locked, and I'm Brazilian, so here's what I think: that shady website your planning on buying AC from, it used a common method to change his IP to a south or central america IP, where most Steam games are cheaper (this decision comes from the developers).

So to me that particular KEY is region-locked.

If you don't live in such countries and your country has a better economy, consider supporting the developers in the way they think it should be done for your region.

I wouldn't risk buying that KEY.

Main game bought from g 2 a

Half of my dlc throught friend credit card and the other half nuveen or g 2 a

Never got a problem

Make sure to get the global key for the main game nothing more
